@icannotfly That signal (2722 kHz USB) would be a digital modem, in this case STANAG 4285.

@icannotfly No, that S4285 singal is not part of the HAARP transmission, it is just on a frequency near what they were using this day. S4285 is a common digital military mode found throughout the HF range. It is not uncommon on HF to have multiple signals from different sources near or even on top of each other.
