Today's workout will challenge you. It will challenge your balance, your nervous system, your core, your musculoskeletal system, and your cardiovascular system. By doing exercises on just one leg or with just one arm, you are training the body to move in a way in which it isn't accustomed. You'll have to recruit more muscles on one side to accomplish the same movement. The bonus: you'll burn more calories too!
