What a real treat to view this in slow motion with such detail. These techniques are not just part of an incredible art form they are also pure science. Kuk Sool Won is much more than you realize once you are on the other side of the half wall.

wow you do understand that these are demo tapes and the actual technique is not preformed at full speed. the real technique is done in usually under 1 or 1.5 seconds
