With all that youth and talent, this Liverpool team should have been the main contender against Man Utd´s early dominance in the Premier League back then. But, as i´ve red, it seemed that lack of discipline and animal-house mentality undermined everything. Maybe the liverpool board should have brought a tougher coach, ferguson-style. Roy Evans was way too lenient. In wikipedia, it´s even written that Collymore had sex with Evans´daughter in a hotel room right next door to the coach´s room.

Ahh..... this bring back memories, the good old spice boys from the mid 90's. If torres and Gerrard had played on this team we would maybe had a shot of winning the leauge? Imagne Torres and a 20 year old fowler as strikers? Heaven!
