I had the opportunity to work with 12 Time US National Boxing Champion, Female Amateur Boxing Sensation, Sacred Downing before she left for the 2010 Women's National Golden Gloves Tournament in Florida (6/15/10).. She was pleasure to work with and has World Class Talent as well as a World Class Team supporting her,, Congrats to her and her Team for winning an astonishing 12 US National Championship!! Wishing her the best with her 2012 Olympic goals as well!! Look forward to working with them again soon...

Hey coach, what is your opinion about the proposed skirt for women boxers for the upcoming olympics?

@madrestudiante I have mixed feeling about it,, one one hand I understand having uniform outfits, but on the other I think its a rather male chauvinism behind it as well.. I dont agree with treating the women boxers different then the men, they train the same, spar the same and compete the same....

@KayStarrTV I disagree KayStarr, women are still women outside the ring. You would be surprised to know that alot of them still like going to the spa and getting their hair, nails, and feet done. Some even have families (ie kids, husbands, etc)

I like boxing, (mens) its nice to watch and is s good workout and it releases stress (imma 12 yr old girl) i do it on my Wii. Actually boxing pro takes away alot of feminity (lol) from the women, i think.
