Dear Mr and Mrs Berry
I have recently written you a letter. It may have been delayed in the
postal strike. I also telephoned you recently but you did not pick up
and perhaps you did not receive the message that I left.
The case has been transferred to Central London County Court. A Case
Management Conference has been arranged for 19 October. This will
probably take place by telephone. Even if the hearing goes ahead in
person, you do not need to attend.
We have slipped slightly behind the court timetable. I will need to see
you both again very soon to prepare your final statements. In my letter
I asked you to speak to my secretary to arrange an appointment and I
look forward to meeting you both again very soon.
Yours sincerely,
Andrew Morgan | Partner

Police Taser Man awarded $500,000 for excessive force
Anchorage, AK: (Sep-27-07) Kevin Patrick brought a lawsuit against the state of Alaska, alleging that Alaska State Trooper Eric Spitzer used excessive force while dealing with him. Back in 2004, a jury awarded Kevin Patrick $1 million after they found that Spitzer used excessive force while arresting Patrick in Emmonak. The state appealed the decision. Patrick's legal counsel claimed that his client was tortured and brutalized by a taser gun after he was handcuffed. He also said he has represented two other clients who said Spitzer used excessive force on them. In a settlement reached, the state agreed to finally end litigation pertaining to the lawsuit by paying Patrick over $500,000. Sources state that this is the third time the state has had to settle over Spitzer's actions.

Pain can do strange things to people. I feel for your wife. I hate Corporations! Especially those that REFUSE to take responsibility for harm they've caused for the little people. I am burning with anger right now!
