Yes, this is a song written by Maceo Parker called "Southwick" and was performed in the late 60's early 70's by Funkadelic. On stage with Maceo in ths video is Dennis Chambers and Rodney "Skeet" Curtis from The P-Funk All-Stars.

Southwick was the original name for this piece, the shake everything you've got lyrics were added later and that was what it was leater referred to.
