For as long as you have been alive, there has been no law that requires you to pay a tax on your income. The Supreme Court has said that your labor is an equal exchange for any amount of money you recieve and as such, there is no financial gain and there is nothing to pay a tax on. Did you know this. This is just one of many examples of government corruption and lies that have cost you thousands of dollars over your life time. If you want to end corruption in government, it can start with you and I. Help me in my effort to become governor in Texas in 2010 and I promise you that I will end Federal taxes in Texas first and your state second. ONce one state succeeds, all others will not be far behind.

Will You help?

  • just curious, but if you are not required to pay taxes for your labor, then why the forms?. should we not just fill out the tax forms out when you start a job? Or basically just bottom line not filing

  • @xcringerx

O.K. find me a State, ANY State that says that They think it's a fraud.

  • @RetSquid - The only reason they were able to pass IRS code is because of an un-constitutional amendment, the 16th, passed by Congress but never ratified by the States in 1913..

  • @ThreeCatsScratching

The Internal Revenue Code of 1954 was passed by both houses of Congress as House Resolution 8300, and was signed by President Eisenhower on August 16, 1954, at about 9:45 a.m., becoming Public Law 83-591, 68A Stat. 3. The Internal Revenue Code (Title 26) is now known as the “Internal Revenue Code of 1986” as a result of changes made by Public Law 99-514, 100 Stat. 2085 (10/22/1986).

  • @RetSquid an IRS Code is not a law allowing taxation as authorized by the Constitution, only Congress has the authorization to levy taxes by enacting law

  • Never heard of him

  • Texas Governor 2010

This site is currently under construction.

Acts passed by Congress become laws after they are signed by the President, they are posted in the Statutes at Large and when grouped by subject matter those laws are called "Codes".

LAWS=STATUTES=CODE. No contract is needed, you are subject to the laws of the country, no matter what you claim. Your right to a "religion" is not an absolute.

  • @RetSquid Is it part of the constitution or is it a code? Don't you know codes and statutes only apply at the consent of the governed? I don't contract. Go to court and when they ask your name you say your full name,no abbreviations, the sovereign being. I'm not subject to anyone. I'm only subject to my creator. If they wont allow me, then they infringe on my right to religion.

  • @Cstrife234

I guess you know better than the Supreme Court about what can be taxed, huh?

    TITLE 26 > Subtitle A > CHAPTER 1 > Subchapter B > PART I >

    § 61. Gross income defined

    General definition
