hhahhahah that is bullshit. You shouldnt even need someone to help u lift off the first place because that is the hardest part of using the hammer machine!!!!!!!

nice press dude. The most ive done on the similar machine down here is 4 plates on each side for 4-5 reps. You look pretty big, whats your incline and flat bench press numbers?

I incline 365 for 4 reps I could maybe do 405 but not sure never tried on incline to max. I do 450 on flat, but it has started to hurt my shoulder a bit. I feel like Iam stronger but shoulder will only allow me to get that much.

How long have you been training for? How old are you? Any supps/juice? I've been at it for 6 years now, and the best incline I've had is 315 x 1...haha.

I am almost thirty and I have been working out since I was 14. I flat benched 315 for reps in high school so not really had to much progress since then. I just take protien thats about it. I was always big 280+ since 10th grade. Later lost weight and muscle was left.
