The second the piano starts to play, you should stay perfectly still in order to add more effect to your performance, and then begin to raise your arms slowly - but not too much. Also, watch your pitch on top notes. In order to make them clearer, you should take enough breath and (I know this sounds stupid), suck in your stomach. This should help you hit them better. You have a beautiful voice and you are very natural when you sing, keep at it!

Thank you very much for your kind and considerate comments. I really appreciate them. Next time I have the chance to sing this I will certainly try to stay still and support better. I have only recently resumed training and need all the advice i can get. Best wishes, Donna

Thank you very much for your kind comments. I am retired now and just sing for friends and benefit concerts--I just love this song--it floats so perfectly on the voice--Handel really knew what he was doing! Are you a professional singer?
