Is Sparks older? I have a 10 year old dog, who has facial twitches where her jaw does the same thing as your cats did. Or half her face with tense up and she'll gag. Or she'll do what it seems like is grinding her teeth. I know it's cat and dog, but I'm pretty sure our pets have the same problem. Or mild seizures. Good luck and health for Sparks. ):

My poor cat has been suffering almost since he was born (fucker ate a piece of chocolate that Olive Garden puts in their meals for take out). I don't even like chocolate, so imagine my surprise to see a chocolate bar with cat teeth in it, took me forever to figure out where it came from. I don't think there is treatment for it, just medicating it, and hoping it doesn't happen. It's sad, they keep getting worse. Have you ever been able to get your cat out of a seizure by hugging him? Were you ever able to treat this? My cat started going through this yesterday, and we still don't know what will come of it.
