This guy has a good message, but he's way too dry and goes way too fast for folks to get what he's saying. He should slow down, and make the presentation a bit more palpitable, than him just reading from a script. A power presentation and some learning tools would be a good start. He doesn't have to start at the basics, but he could give a bit more background and some examples. I'll watch the other 2 to see if this is just his preliminary speech.
