  • @DJDreamDiscos yes go for it

  • gday mate, just wanted to know how stable that facade is if someone was to come lean on it or pull on it from the front?

  • @kaney16 it would fall over if u put all ur body weight on it.

  • Great to see you back making videos. What moving heads were you using?

  • @DJOmega80 hey mr omega, the moving heads u see here are simular to the flurry wash from blizzard, the 1 watt leds not 3. they are plenty bright enough for my kind of gigs

  • Great V-Log as usual and nice set up. You asked "Where the hell am I supposed to put it?" with regards to the K-sub... In that situation, I would place it length wise against the wall on the right side of your set-up. If you do that, your facade will look much better and you will receive extra output from the sub due to its coupling with the wall. Try it, I know you'll like it! Cheers mate!

  • @DJDreamDiscos can u tie your shoes too big boy

  • Iv'e been less than impressed with the design & construction of any Iv'e seen coupled with ridiculous cost for what you get. For yours, the gap could be remedied with white foam pipe insulation tube to fill the gaps. The end hinges are to add extensions for larger setups but I agree they look bad. My design uses removable pin hinges and you add extensions to the middle so the outermost pieces have no hinges on them.

  • Mate, you're an inspiration.

  • John, tremendous video again! The Dragon Frontboards look very good. You definitely need to uplight/backlight them for the "Full Effect". Also, if you have a "sub" speaker, you should be able to place it behind the frontboards. Sub Frequencies are pretty hard to "block". You could even test pointing it at the wall behind you. The space between where the hinge is at /// defeats the purpose. You are trying to hide your cables. I would put a strip of White Duct Tape on it. Practice and enjoy.

  • Hey John why no up lights?

  • Hi John,

Just my opinion on the dragon board. Bloody ugly:)

Also like you said size for transport/hinges probably weight, gaps. The thing looks home made even though it's not. Why don't you just get a table skirt made up that covers everything. Or those pole connectors that you can get.

Anyway I have tuned into your channel and it has been interesting.

    Ian

  • What speakers are you using?
