@gilbertvizcainoWhen the wooden dummy is mounted it becomes static, practicing form is good on a static dummy. When the wooden dummy turns you have a 360 degree angle of strikes and blocks. It mimics an opponent so it never stays exactly the same position. Practicing range of motion is pretty good on a rotating dummy.

Dont mean to disrespect but the 30 second mark that someone could have taken your arm and snapped your elbow. and your elbows were a bit too high while performing your hun sau's giving an opponent the chance to push you off balance. the 26 second mark you do a low bong sau and what appears to be dai sau which leaves your upper body vulnerable to an attack.also there seems to be a lack of forward momentum .you keep losing contact and your angles seem easily breakable etc...

also instead of doing karate blocks think about deflection and driving towards the centerline
