This is aprogram I created. It uses frequency modulation to create unique textures and the timbre is affected by the use of the pitch wheel.

  • which is better the microkorg or the alesis micron ?

  • @indyfan7798

I really like Korg's stuff but I'd say the Micron is a much better value. I has twice the polyphony and amount of parameters. The Micron has a lot of DSP power which is dedicated primarily to the sound quality so it produces some pretty amazing sounds.

  • @azz666 wtf. I officially don't like Zomby now. Create your own shit.

  • @cjsinister6

Its always the same old operative criticsm. Your judging one class of objects by the standards of another class. If you beleive analog synths are somehow more authentic than digital synths, doesnt it follow that a lute or a zither is more authentic than both? If your looking for 'authenticity' in this sense, i'd forget about synthesizers all together.

  • Beautiful. Seeing as you like the Micron, have you ever thought of getting the Akai Miniak?

  • lovely man.

  • I feel your pain over the zombe incident, but to be honest you really can't do anything about it apart from flagging the video and filing a DMCA claim. Even then it's hit and miss.

Although to be honest, once he's not making money off it then don't worry about it too much.

  • There's a difference between sampling, making something your own, and literally just taking someone else chord progression and layering a beat underneath. It's not like Zomby cut it up or anything creative.

  • @Gtechture

    Wow what a loser.

    This sounds very nice though.

  • amazing sounds

  • Hey man, can you show us how to get the timbre like that?

  • great sounds man. and, don't know if you agree that or not, but thanks for giving zomby the opportunity to make that amazing track!
