The Bible is our SWORD as Christians...as Christians, we do not have "our own words." Everything we say should be backed up WITH Scripture, as it is what judges the THOUGHT AND INTENTIONS of the heart (Hebrews 4:12); NEVER forsake the Word of God in ANY discussion...use it continually, or else you are going to battle without your sword (Ephesians 6:17).

I'm not asking anyone to forsake anything, I'm asking for them to participate in the discussion with their own thoughts and views, not just repeat things they read in the bible. I'm also saying that just quoting bible verses isn't contributing to a discussion, and I'll take down any comment that isn't part of that discussion.

LOL I'm saved and I doubt anyone gets saved through this, you have better chances just talking to someone and saying Jesus loves you and I would like to share the gospel with you... What you are doing looks more like pride then love just saying...

I don't trust my own understanding. My own understanding is a failure; I only trust the Word of God above all else. I cannot go a day without reading it, and if you won't let me discuss it, then I have nothing to say. Goodbye.

I just said that I agree that we should be preaching the gospel, but I was saying in a way that I agreed with you as well. This is not the way to go about it...no person can save someone by shouting at them...only the work of the Holy Spirit can save. All we should be doing is speak with people one-on-one and discuss things through.

If you cannot tell when someone is agreeing with you, you're just retarded.

Have you ever asked yourself if maybe not all of what you believe is true, and that all the street preaching is basically just harassing random people on the street with your beliefs? Again, that's how it comes across to the majority of people I've interviewed.

I agree, that we are to preach the gospel to them, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day. But, NO ONE can shove salvation down anyone's throat; only the Ruach HaKodesh / The Holy Spirit can save anyone. As Christians, we can do nothing but point the way to Him. I do read my Bible; I read it every day.

Faith alone saves, but the faith that saves is not alone; it has good works with it (Eph 2:8-10)
