Indian oil (IOC) and Indian Army Petrol Scam

While our Indian soldiers are ready to make the ultimate sacrifice for the country by putting their life on the line, few black sheep's are siphoning off money and goods meant for them in connivance with corrupt Indian Oil personnel and civilian authorities. This is a very shameful act. I'm sure you all know that corruption of this magnitude cannot survive without top most folks up the ladder are party to it. This should be investigated by CBI and all the people involved should be brought to justice irrespective of their positions.

Shri Rajiv Shastri was in CBI custody from Nov 2000 to Jan 2001 for colluding with private parties to siphon of Sales tax revenue on HSD inter state supplies. Subsequently Indian oil made him General Manager of the same department handling HSD supplies to Army all over India. Supply of water in place of HSD was thus but natural. Is it not that corrupt officers are made traitors by Indian Oil by compromising with security of our nation........M K TYAGI

If efforts are made to unearth Serious Frauds, the Management make all out efforts to crush voices of Whistle Blowers, by harassing, torturing, victimising them by misuse of authority. Representations sent even to Dr. Manmohan Singh do not get acknowledgements. Ministry of Petroleum officials at Prime Minister's office sit on such representations without taking action to protect Directors of Oil Companies thereby strengthening their hands at committing further crimes against humanity.

It is a real disgrace that Army chose to challange police action in the High Court and lost the case. Shockingly all the accused continue to be on the Rolls of respective organizations. It is reported by one of the News Channels that the accused failed to appear before the CJM court. As per Sahara Samay the Magistrate has issued arrest warrants against the accused. Isko kahte hein "CHORI AUR SEENAJORI". MERA BHARAT MAHAN. JAICHANDS AND MIR JAFARS ARE ALIVE AND KICKING.

This is not new. Over a dozen such cases have been reported in media. Immediately the PR departments of respective organisations manage the media and the accused manage the investigating agency. There is no dearth of money with them. The result is back to square one. Public suffers and the corrupt return back with vengeance to make a bigger loot with impunity. The whole system is made of the corrupt by the corrupt and for the corrupt. Is Dr. Manmohan Singh listening?
