A door is a door. It's not a gate. That's why we have different words for both objects. Saying that we would describe a door as a gate today, when the word gate was used by Biblical folk, is just plain stupid. Believe what you want to believe, but don't make the Bible say what it is not saying. "Door" is not "gate". Period.
