@panicxitsxbrea Well, they continued doing the show with Stacy Keach even after his "real" dad died in 2001. If it wasn't an issue back then, then why now?

@jwvc07 Them "killing him off" couldn't possibly have anything to do with the fact that Titus' dad actually died, right? It's perfectly reasonable to ask Titus to do a show with his dad as a character so he can be constantly reminded of the fact that his real dad is gone. No yeah, I can totally see that.

Although I would LOVE Titus to come back, I am EXTREMELY disappointed that they are talking about killing off Titus' dad played by the great Stacey Keach. His character alone has the lions share of the best/most laughs. He was the PERFECT comedic springboard for Titus and ALL the other characters. He elevated EVERY scene he was in and made everyone else look even better/funnier.

Upon Christopher's refusal, on-air promotion ceased and the show was soon canceled

@xobriliantbrunettexo From Wikipedia: As of May 2010, Christopher Titus is in negotiations with the Fox network to start up a new series again, billed as a sequel of sorts to his first sitcom (& based on the comedy specials The 5th Annual End of the World Tour & Love is Evol). The series will pick up eight years later with Titus divorced from Erin, Titus's father dead, & Titus dealing with his new girlfriend and her family.
It would be a TRAGIC mistake 2 bring this back w/o Stacey Keach imho
