I'm only a former tactical officer with a British police force, similar to your S.W.A.T., a former soldier, one time "Private Military Contractor"/ V.I.P. protection officer, so I'm not really trained to deal with a 5'4" women when she may be totally pissed off, so yes, I guess I'm a wimp or possibly a real man who would never strike a woman because the truth is that so called men that do are nothing more than cowardly scum.
