How did hank sing Cheatin' Heart if the song didn't get released until after his death?

@DomenicDee This single reached #43 on the country charts. It was the only single released from the album "Johnny Cash Is Coming To Town". The album was released in April of 1987 and reached #36 on the charts. I too had the cassette back in the day and I now have it on CD.
