The marvelous (and good-natured!)Beverly Sills and the pigs from the Muppet Show present the opera, "Pigoletto," straight from the Muppetopolitan Opera. The muppets enthusiastically slaughter arias from operas such as Carmen and Die Walkure, while Miss Sills sings "Sempre Libera" from La Traviata. Included is a high-note battle of the divas: Miss Piggy vs Miss Sills. One has to admire Frank Oz (as Miss Piggy) trying to out-sing Beverly Sills! (RIP, Beverly - we miss you!)

Strange... Does anyone else recognize the building in the background at 1:14 as the Kreml? How could they put into the scenery of something Venecian-Italian?

By the way: I love that performance. :)
