Reporter Stephanie Hanes discusses Greg Carr's ambitious project to restore the Gorongosa National Park in Mozambique and the help she receives from the Pulitzer Center to report about environmental issues in Africa. Her project "Mazambique: Paradise Lost, and Found?" (http://bit.ly/w4y603) was sponsored by the Pulitzer Center.

Fifteen years after a brutal civil war, Greg Carr, an American philanthropist believes the key to Mozambique's revitalization—and possibly a model for African development—is a long-forgotten park called Gorongosa.

  • i would like see again Gorongosa be the greatest park of Africa.

  • I find Stephanie Hanes to be pretty sexy. Learning about Mozambique I guess was a little bonus. Best part though was, when she said, and this is a direct quote, "white people have not been good for Africa."

The interviewer was probably thinking "no shit bitch."
