@usernamemykel Kubotan doesn't shoot very far, unfortunately. ;) Best I can do though, living in Canada at the moment. One can carry knives as well, but you're not guaranteed to get away with it if you're arrested.

Here in south Florida, we usually wear just shorts and a T-shirt, so a pocket gun is the only way to go if you're going to carry.
Love my Ruger LCP!

Yes, I carried a P11 in a holster. It's fine in a holster. P11 comes roughly finished from the factory, need to do a "fluff n' buff" (Goldenloki forum) to make it a very good firearm.
Even witrh only 7 rounds in it, to compare weight tand bulk o Ruger LCP, it is still too heavy and bulky for pocket carry.
BTW - how far can a Kubotan shoot??? ; )
I've had the Ruger Elsie Pea for awhile now, and I really like everything about it. (Especially at the LEO price).

Many of you are advocating 9mm and larger of preferred calibre. This YouTube video refers to POCKET pistols. I have a Kel-Tec P11 9mm. When I've attempted to carry the Kel-Tec in my pocket, my pocket was weighed down, my leg felt uncomfortable, the pants sagged on that side, and the gun's bulge was apparent. To retrieve it from the pocket was cumbersome. After considerable research, I'm now very comfortably carrying and being confident with, 24/7, my Ruger LCP - a true POCKET pistol. Love it!

@usernamemykel Thanks for letting me know. That's not something I'd heard before. Although to be honest, I don't think I'd be comfortable pocket carrying. I usually carry a kubotan in one pocket and a few other things in the other, so I'd have to make a lot of compromises to pocket carry, plus I have a habit of putting a hand into my pocket when I'm talking to people, which would be very inappropriate if I'm packing.
Have you carried the P11 in a holster as well?

There is a very big weight difference between a P11 with one in the chamber and a full mag, compared to any single stack .380. Put the P11 in your pocket and not only will everyone know it's there, but you'll soon need new pockets. Ask me how I know, firsthand...

NO way Browning 1910 380 owns em

Kel-tec is my choice

In my opinion, I don't think it's a great idea to go smaller than 9x19. .380 is very close, and probably perfectly adequate *most* of the time, but I just perceive there to be that small chance that it becomes a liability when you need it most. Therefore, I'd go with the Kel-Tec P11 over all of these. It's only marginally bigger, chambers a round that most people will never argue with, and holds more of them to boot.

@AdUtrumquePeratus76,,,, save your money on the ultra pricy AKs,,,there not much better than the standard Arsenal import, the SG-20, if you can find one is a great AK, I have a WASR-10/63 and an SG20 Arsenal of Las Vegas import. It's 2x scope on the Romanian piece of junk, and 3-9X scope on the SG20.
My fav is my AR BushMaster, M-4 though.
The fat bitch is just something Rob sent me, did you see Rob at the Rifle Range,,,he's f-ing pathetic...LOL
I'm surprised not to see a Raven .25 up there. Sure it's old and has a small caliber, but it's very small and light.

@pyscobrand
why would you ever expect a .25 to be in a comparison of .380s ?
