@bartyboy222222222222 There are lights behind the prizes. If you want a PSP, you hit the button that reads "Select Prize" until the lights behind the PSP light up. When these lights light up, you hit the button that reads "Start/Stop." This will cause the coil to unwind itself until the PSP falls into the prize chute.
