Lattice Pie Crust Recipe:

Ingredients:

Double pastry crust
Pie Filling

Roll out half of the pastry crust recipe and fill with pie filling of your choice. Roll out the top crust; slice into 1-1.5" strips. Lay strips across pie perpendicularly, alternating vertical and horizontal strips until it's real pretty. Roll up excess pie crust; squeeze into cute pattern if desired. Bake as directed, with edges of crust covered with pie shield or aluminum foil until 5 minutes before pie is done.

EAT IT.
