Moscow Mule cocktail recipe - Waitrose

http://bit.ly/q3jiBD - Learn how to make a wonderfully refreshing Moscow Mule. It is a wonderful drink for summer but works through winter as well because of the spicy, fieriness of the ginger beer.

Ingredients:
2 shots Vodka
½ shot freshly squeezed lime juice
3 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Ginger beer
Lime wedge and mint sprig, for garnishing

Method:
Shake the first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with ginger beer and stir, then garnish.

Pitcher serve:
Fill a pitcher with ice. Add 300ml vodka, 75ml lime juice and 15 dashes bitters. Top with ginger beer and gently stir.
