@HmongGuitarPlayer I think they were in Korea ..probably somewhere near Walker Hill Casino in Seoul, near Gang Nam area ...the owner sure is Korean..if my guess is correct then he is from California and has returned to Korea to open a Vietnamese Pho restaurant ..
