Xbox live WL ID Change problem and no Computer detected?

My problems with Xbox Live, I cannot change my windows live ID From the first account shown to something else to then use the email for the second account shown.

yeah i have a similar problem when i try to change my windows live ID. If anyone can help message me.

They've said constantly when I've rang up and emailed and everything "We are currently working on resolving the problem" and this problem has been going on for a few years now :/ there doesn't seem any other way around it other then if you phone them up and request them to change it that way which I haven't tried yet I'll try now and message back if there's any luck :)

I dunno bout that one, if I had to guess I would say try and recover your gamertag. But I'm not sure cause I need help in the same area :S
