How long is the airbrush-color of the skin?

@plumnails airbrushes use low pressure... blow on your arm as hard as you can >>> thats the maximum amount of pressure the airbrush releases.. its even lower for softer strokes ...

Just have a question regarding the application of the paint. Are you using compressed air to apply it via and air gun? Is the pressure not high enough to be dangerous? Isn't there a danger of compressed air entering the blood stream as skin is permeable, and therefore creating possible air bubbles in the blood stream? I'm just interested to know :)
