We are two twins from Stockholm who name is Tania and Alicia. Our Passion for dance and the fitness world have grown more and more with the years. We have taken classes in differents kinds of dancestyles like: Jazz, dancehall and Salsa. This year we also took the step to become instructors for Friskis&Svettis. ( A fitnessclub) With all the experience from de classes and the fitness training we offer you the optimize Zumba classes.

Zumba is a Latin inspired dance-fitness workout were you shake and join the party. Its fun, easy, different and effective for the body.
