Kyle Christie talks to a lady who put a camera in her mother's room at Longworth Long Term Care in London Ontario. Her mother died 3 weeks after a fall she captured on video. The debate continues. Should cameras be allowed. The only people who seem to say NO are the people who work in the nursing homes.

  • As a Nursing student, I truly believe that Cameras should be perfectly legal so long as they are for the power of attorney only. They will keep us all accountable, and they will remind us all that we are dealing with somebody's FAMILY and that we should not do anything that we WOULDN'T WANT CAUGHT ON CAMERA.

  • I think it is great that you are advocating for residents rights. Too many people don't fully understand what goes on when people aren't watching the way their loved ones are cared for.
