I am a C5-6 complete Quad, injurred 33 years ago andmy cars are my freedom. I started with a two door Datsun 260C, then my first of six SAAB 900s (still own last 1991 Aero Turbo) but my main drive now is an Audi A3 with selectronic 6 speed gearbox, drive by wire throttle, turnout seat, roof-top chair carrier, and it is a fun drive.
In a car you no longer feel disabled as you are like everyone else on the road sitting down, driving. Being a crip, doesn't mean you can't drive a cool car!

Nice.. but I am a C-6 and I don't know about most people in chairs but I got hurt at the age of 24 and i live off $780 a month..can't afford a custom car...would be nice if I had the money..
