  • I was at this show. Chan played the entire show with her hair in her face to keep the demons away and quell her stage fright. Bottom of the Hill is a dreadful club, with the bar in earshot of the stage and access to the bathrooms and smoking area requiring people to walk back and forth at the side of the stage. Those not directly in front of the stage talked through the entire set and shouted drink orders over the music. But it was a great show when one could concentrate.

  • I was happy that day. Strange to see this now.

  • I'm a big catpower fan. Her early stuff is really genius. Wow, and she said she was always drunk in her interview. Raw emotion and power.

  • @dinunclv hi... are you deaf. there is an art in what she does. its pure emotion. to be able to convey that is a gift in itself. but her voice. oh my god her voice.

  • Chan, please! bring back the guitar.
