Duke Ellington School of the Arts

While in Washington DC, getting ready to meet Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, we stopped at a very great place called the Duke Ellington School of Performing Arts. We had the pleasure of working with some very talented Jazz musicians who created an interesting piece fusing one of their original compositions with interview footage about the importance of music education. Be sure to check these kids out!

i wish wish wish wish wish i had the opportunity to learn music in school...we didnt have any of these opportunities in my school..

hope you guys realize how blessed you guys are to get this chance...dont mess it up..stick with it cuz you guys have the opportunity to travel the world and go places..true story...!!
