HAHA THE SHELL WHACKED THE CAMERA MAN

I would not recommend Mitchell's Mausers. They are Yugoslavian made post WW2 Mauser copies, the M-48. An M-48 can be had from most gun stores or surplus websites for around $150. Mitchell's ropes you in thinking you are getting a restored "Kar98" when you are really just getting a Yugo M-48. Buyer beware. Google this for accuracy if you wish.

Pretty easy finding ammo online. Sportsman's guide usually has a good stock of it.

People get them younger than that. It's up to their parents. A friend of mine was shooting a .22 at 7 years old.

I got a Mauser98K 1944 for my 11th birthday. It is in amazing condition and has a laminated stock. And just today my dad got a German 1941 G-33/40 in great cond. Its a shame they made so few

Nah, I'm good, I stocked up back when Yugo 8mm was REALLY cheap. I'm talking 900 round cases for around $50.00 cheap. I didn't get in on the cheap Turkish surplus, but I did alright.
Thanks any way though.
