Bill is talking to Vanessa about Max, Lizzie shows up and wants Max to have a memorial. Bill goes to the hospital to arrange Max' funeral but it has already been taken care of by Ava. Bill loses it and Lizzie shows up just in time to drag him away. Lizzie takes him outside a church and while they talk about forgiveness Bill kisses Lizzie. She pulls away and tells him that she will try and help him but she will not make love to him, Bill asks why she bothers with him, Lizzie blurts out that it is because she is in love eith him. She then walks off and Bill asks her what she is afraid of.
