How do you still cope with your tinnitus issue since you got, on the TV show many years ago! The level of the sound pressure went beyond your hearing threshold and that is what gave you and many other millions around the world who expose themselves to high SPL db levels.
I’ve had mine since Earthquake played in Sensurround early 1975 and that was loud at 120dbc. What you must have heard on the set was a bit over 120db due to the close distance!

Mr. Shatner, I watched a video of George Takei's comments at your "celebrity roast" and was disgusted by his vulgarity and his obvious hatred and jealousy of you that he's carried for decades. You reacted like the gentleman you are and it was obvious that others were uncomfortable with this gross tirade as well. He made a fool of himself, and needs to put the past in the past. Thanks for five great years as Denny Crane....lock and load!
