@scottyboy353 LCW isn't overreacting at all. A lot of people would've done the same thing if they were in his shoes.

Lin Dan is the arrogant one. He kicked his $200+ in the air just because he lost. That's something a child would do.

He didn't even shake LCW's hand. That's poor sportsmanship right there.

Lin Dan needs to improve on both his manners and sportsmanship.

Chong Wei's signature move when he wins is kneeling down and touching the ground with his head bending backwards :], which is some great flexibility. You're not allowed to take your shirt off even for football/soccer, so for badminton obviously not. You can dance with your shirt on......

@hirumayoichi21 if you watch again you'll see that Lin Dan walked up to shake LCW's hand, but since LCW was on his knees celebrating Lin Dan decided to shake the umpires hand instead because he didn't want to wait for LCW.

You guys keep on bashing on Lin Dan, but stuff happens. He was angry that he lost because im pretty sure he had a lead on LCW, and who wouldn't be angry if they were winning and all of a sudden they lose? Even though he might not have shaken hands with LCW this one time, Lin Dan really does respect Lee Chong Wei and they're friends, so its all good

Wow the criticism of Lin Dan here are quite aggressive. I don't like how some of the people here are promoting hate against this character. It's just makes for a negative feel, and a negative environment for the badminton world. I give this a thumbs down.

Lin Dan is totally lack of sportsmanship but he will soon learn perhaps the more painful way when people start to criticize him for his undoings. He will face critiques. He will hear about people's bad comments on him. He will soon learn what is sportsmanship that it is not just winning.

I'm pretty sure Lin Dan was up a very large margin in the final game, maybe 10 points or so and LCW managed to catch up and beat him. I'm pretty sure none of you would feel too great about that.

What LD did was stupid and wrong but he's only human and he doesn't display that kind of behaviour any more. Rather he's quite collected and respectful to his opponents for the most part.
