  • I wish the jerks that towed my s2k would've used this set up. Instead the morons just towed me from the rear with no dollie. Now the underside of my front bumper is grinded down to a 45 degree angle. I can't wait til their day comes in court!

  • @88BroughamLS just put the wood in front of the wheels and touching the bed lift it until the bumper separate from the floor of the bed thats it

  • @HARDDOG33 How do you use wood for this? I've heard of it but does it work without damaging the customers vehicle?

  • This type of tow truck is used throughout Europe. And, yes, they can load a vehicle with locked brakes. Wench pulls the truck under the vehicle, after which the vehicle's tires slide relatively easily on the truck's metal bed. I've seen them load crushed vehicles (from accidents) with missing tires, axles, and similar.

There is one significant danger. Some lazy operators rely solely on the winch cable and do not secure the vehicle further. In an accident, the loaded vehicle is thrown.
