I'd say you're stroke is pretty darn good man. I would think that if you were to keep your arms in the "box" stance but come back a little more on each stroke it might give you the torso rotation you are looking for, almost involuntarily. ...but I'm no expert. Btw... what paddle do you have there? It looks like a perfect fit.

Ok, I'm going to toss in my two cents. When I get my waterproof camera working again I'll post a video from a different Back Bay, and you can make fun of me. What I see here is that your upper arm doesn't drive across horizontally, after spearing the catch from close to your head and the paddle vertical; instead it starts wide and then falls in front of your face so that your power is still coming from a lower arm pull, not driving the upper arm across with your torso.
Actually pretty good hoss...Maybe get a little smoother with your tempo and a little looser in your arms. Let your shoulders do the work and pull them along. All you need to do is twist your shoulders after a clean catch and your gonna fly. I'm really nit picking. You look great. Makes me sick. Let me know what your paddling then sell it to me. I'm paddling a Valhalla Victory Special which I absolutely cannot master. I find it to be a brutishly unstable piece of shit.

ha! Thanks for the words and YES I have realized I need to relax the arms a bit and pull w/ the core. I really do appreciate the feedback and "if" I ever get rid of this nice Fenn Mako 6 I will let you know ;-)
