About this video: I show your how to root Kindle Fire. This is for Windows, but I was able to do this on a Mac using Parallels as well. I'm sure you Mac experts can figure out how to do likewise on a Mac.

why when I finish enter USB install code and open ADB_USB setting in note, it shows："# ANDROID 3RD PARTY USB VENDOR ID LIST -- DO NOT EDIT.
# USE 'android update adb' TO GENERATE.
# 1 USB VENDOR ID PER LINE." but not "OX1949" ?
