The Theater at Herculaneum is also a beautiful structure. It was a two story free standing building with two bands of arches. It was found intact, but unfortunately it was the first monument discovered at a time where perloining the marbles was not illegal. The building was dismantled and sold piecemeal. Nearly nothing is left.
