(October 26, 2009) Professor Bernard Roth, Founder and Interim Director of the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford, discusses how design practice has changed from engineering objects to a multidisciplinary approach, called design thinking, that changes the student's mindfulness and attitude and gives them the ability to solve myriad real world problems.

  • This is just what I wanted. Great upload!

  • Excellent video. It clearly spells out the difference between 'designers' and 'design thinkers' . the good thing is that anyone coming from any discipline can become a designer thinker and contribute greatly to transformation the way we think and live.
