In Southend, we don't have to pay to see it and we have a nice view of it on the beach!

@Thunderchief35 Next planned flight is on Tuesday to Yeovilton, probably for the International Air Day 2010 on the 10th. Have you been on the updated VTTS website? has ticker tape telling you what aircraft status is, next planned flight. so much better than old page. No definate news for Fairford yet, but let's hope so.

@Mamabirdy Thanks Mamabirdy. The fact that it flew was a massive surprise (especially after the disappointment of last year). Will be at RIAT myself on the Sunday. Is the Vulcan definitely flying there?

Brilliant footage, glad to see her back in the air again, mind you it was touch and go to get her there. was watching VTTS page all day Friday for news.
Can't wait for the 17th/18th July at Fairford where we shall see her in the flesh again.

@Andyhinds Your footage was good. Tried using a new monopod to keep the camera steady. It worked vertically and managed to keep a steady image but struggled a bit with the horizontal. Think it needs a bit od WD40!!!! A good display anyway and less than two weeks till RIAT.
