Allisons POV
First day of high school.
I finally get to see everyone again; Elizabeth and Elliot mainly. They were the only two out of the rest of my friends who decided to come to Larksburg High School with me. As I walked in the hallway to find my locker, I realized I never really thought how crowded it would be in the hallways. People talking and laughing, people crying, and of course the random poeple who stopped in the middle of the hallway to make out. Security of course didnt care, which made me feel sorry for Elliot. Her dad worked as a security guard here. But he worked in the office most of the time. But like I said, security guards dont care. For all they care, they could be having sex in plain daylight, and Im positive all they would do is drive by in their little golf carts that people continually tried to steal. I finally reached my locker and deposited my books and binders I wouldnt need for awhile. I looked up for a quick second to see if Elliot and Elizabeth had found me. But instead I saw three football players dressed in uniform running down the hallway. Their numbers were 81, 40, and 92. I squeezed against the lockers as they ran by and laughed at the sight of security chasing them. There was this huge break in the hallway now. Everyone stood crammed against the walls and watch then I saw Elizabeth and Elliot. They had this look on their faces; a mix of "wow, theyre total idiots", "OMG they were SO hot" and both had a light laugh spreading across their faces. I slammed my locker shut and ran over to them. "Lizzie! Ellie!" I said as I gave each of them a hug.
"Allie! Oh my gosh, I cant believe were here!!" Elizabeth said barely jumping up and down.
"Calm down Lizzie, we still have first hour, and second, and third..." I responded.
"and fourth, lunch, fifth and sixth. Yeah we know that Allie." Elliot complained. "Did you see those football players? They were amazing!" She had gone into a trance remembering them especially number 40. "He winked and smiled at me."
"Who?' I questioned, I really had no idea who she was talking about. Then, she started talking about him.
"He had dark black hair.." She stopped.
"Is that all you remember?" Elizabeth replied with an annoyed look knowing exactly what all three of them looked like.
"Uhmm....yeah. Thats kind of embarrassing." She blushed. "I dont care though. Oh! And he had an amazing smile.'
The Bell Rang. We all went to our first hour class which was algebra with Mrs. Ridge. All three of us sat together but then the teacher made us spilt up for talking too much. But how could we not? Elizabeth went to Utah and told me about EFY, Especially For Youth [EFY is of Latter Day Saints, Mormon, religion]. And Elliot went to Italy. Mrs. Ridge ended up sitting me next to this one guy. He had curly hair, brown eyes, and was wearing an old t-shirt and a pair of skinny jeans. He was quiet but he looked familiar. "Hey," he said. "I'm Micah.'
"I'm Allison." I smiled. Micah, such a wonderful name.
