I'm going to add Chitosan to my supplement regiment thanks to a recent Dr Oz episode. The question is, what time of the day would you take it? Morning/Night? or... Only before meals? If it's ok to take this once a day with my other supplements, would you take them all in the Morning or Night? Right now I've taken ALL my supplements all at once around 6pm/Dinner. I'm re-researching the best time I should take my supplements though. I lift weights and jog mid to late afternoon.
