the saddest thing about this is that New Castle was a great city back in the day. Then when the economy went to pot back in the 70s no one bothered to fix it. What happened to this city?

@librarian5602 New Castle is home to the Ellwood Quality Steels Co. which is one of North America's largest steel companies. Apart from there, the Jameson Health System is the leading employer. There's also alot of other plants, especially metals and plastics.

lol "some of the ppl from the rescue mission come into the library to stay warm in the winter" translates to: new castle is full of bums, drug addicts, and crime. The crime rate in new castle is higher than pittsburgh!
