How weird. And if you are an atheist, what do you do during what seem to be compulsory prayers? Oh and my rescue greyhound would be traumatised by being put in a starter cubicle. Are you sure the dogs like this. Mine would take part, but I'm pretty sure it would be a visit back in time to a bad stage of her life. She's retired, and I think they should be too.

It's great to see these people having fun and rescuing Greyhounds but they really should be running on a straightaway not a track with turns. That's how so many of them get injured. I really admire the Europeans and their coursing for that reason.

False, they can run at most 45 mph and they reach top speed in about 6 strides, given their breeding.
