What does skin color have to do with anything. Don't you think it has more to do with years of experience and handing down techniques through generations to preserve the tradition rather than something as simple as skin color? I bet an 85 year old Louisiana native Cajun white woman can cook better than a woman in the burbs who happens to be black and it has to do with tradition and experience and not skin color.
